Similar to last year, we will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays and most non-race Saturdays in June, July, and August.
Youth and Juniors will both train from 5:30 pm –7:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 8 to 9:30 am on Saturdays.
Most days we are at Sylvan Prairie Park in Sylvania, however note that some days we will be at Olander Park for open water swim practice.
These swim days will vary due to the fact that Team Toledo has changed their open water swim schedule and we coordinate with them.
Our first regular session will be a training ride on Saturday, June 2nd at Sylvan Prairie Park at 8601 Brint Road in Sylvania.
Location updates will be posted on Facebook and the website; we encourage you to join the Facebook group to be aware of last minute updates.
Training blocks are structured training programs designed around the objectives of:
1) Early Season Conditioning and Tri specific skills (bike mounts, dismounts, transitions, etc.)
2) Strength Building and Tri specific skills (bike mounts, dismounts, transitions, etc.) and
3) Peak Performance and Tri specific skills at race pace for National Championships.
